For 20+ years in construction, remodels and interior design of houses we have worked in various positions to be able to utilize our passion for helping individuals and families enrich their lives. Real estate is another way we fulfill this goal.

Our Story

Our family started working in construction and real estate with grandparents who were our greatest examples of what it means to be hard working and honest people who make sure others are properly taken care of. The examples they have set for us, the knowledge they have shared, and teaching opportunities utilized will always be cherished and priceless. It pushes us to make sure that we treat our customers and clients with the same integrity and dignity as those who came before.

Of all the things we dream of, owning a beautiful home is always a dream we strive for. However, there are always the BUT’S that come up! It feels like a big financial investment. Real Estate Agent

Char Holdeman

Char Holdeman is a visionary real estate agent who loves the excitement of walking through a property and seeing the potential each one has. She would love to work with anyone who is thinking about “buying or selling residential or commercial property, etc.” She hopes to work together with you on your dreams, whatever they may be. Before getting her license she worked with other businesses as a specialist in business management and helped her husband with remodeling homes for family and friends. She often would recall the discussions 20+ years ago with her husband’s grandmother who was one of the greatest real estate agents in the northern Nevada area and this has helped her push to achieve her dreams of following in the footsteps of her husband’s grandmother to becoming a real estate agent herself. She is also a partner in RCH Construction LLC. with her husband Ryan who is a third generation licensed general contractor

Ryan Holdeman

Our partner in RCH Construction LLC and 3rd generation general contractor, Ryan Holdeman, grew up in northern Nevada working and learning from both his father and grandfather in construction. He even started up his own garage door business in the early 2000’s. Always looking for opportunities to learn and understand the why and how things work has pushed him to provide the best lasting results and service without cutting corners.

Auberny Rosa is Ryan and Char’s daughter. She is very creative in captivating the beauty seen around her. Numerous times she can be found taking pictures of homes and beautiful naturistic views. Her eye of seeing the beauty in a room has also helped with providing input when remodeling homes with her parents.
